小诀窍
香菇煮软后加入少许食盐一同熬煮,可以使竹笋干和香菇充分吸收调料的味道,更加入味。但盐不宜过多,以免太咸。
莴笋不耐久煮,最后放入,熟透即可出锅。
煮制时间需根据自己想要的口感酌情把握。
