简介
鱼头肉质细嫩、营养丰富,除了含蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁之外,还含丰富的不饱和脂肪酸,它对脑的发育尤为重要,此外常吃鱼头还可延缓脑力衰退。同时有健脾补气、温中暖胃、散热的功效,尤其适合冬天食用。 芥菜含有维生素A、B族维生素、维C和维D很丰富。具有提神醒脑,解除疲劳,和解毒消肿之功。同时芥菜还有开胃消食的作用,因为芥菜腌制后有一种特殊鲜味和香味,能促进胃、肠消化功能,增进食欲,可用来开胃,帮助消化
