简介

材料
黄油面(半台斤)300g红萝卜丝20g鸿喜菇(半包)80g梅花猪(切丝)80g虾仁(开背)80g高丽菜(切丝)100g蒜头(切碎)3颗青葱2支手工酱油或薄盐酱油1.5大匙白胡椒粉少许客家油葱(即猪油油葱)1大匙鸡粉少许水或香菇水100-120ml
